- A
Fortune 50 telecommunications company wanted to create
team-based structures in two of its business units. I
helped a task force develop the team-based
architecture, provided personal coaching to the
director-level business leaders, and worked with
on-site team leaders to transition their line
operations from workgroups to teams.
- A
New Jersey state government agency had a major morale
problem. Working with seven employee teams, I
co-design a process that addressed what employees and
management felt were the roots of the morale crisis. It
included the utilization of flexible work schedules, a
new grievance procedure, and a new link of human
resource goals to management compensation.
- I
used the same re-engineering process with a regional
